September 11, 2001

I was just sitting here remembering September 11, 2001 and decided I would have a little moment of remembrance for myself. I was in class that day when the towers went down. I will never forget the feeling. At first, I didn't believe it. I thought it was a joke or some kind of a hoax. But, then the tv came on and it was all over every single channel. I remember my heart aching for those who lost loved ones. Loved ones they would never hold again. It simply breaks my heart to think of something like that happening. So, here's to the ones who lost their lives and ones who lost their loved ones. My heart aches for you on this day of remembrance. May we never forget that tragic day that will forever be in our minds and hearts. Say a prayer for a soldier today who is now overseas fighting for his life and ours all because of this tragic day...
